Weekly Training to Resume
Regular training will resume on Wednesday, May 20 beginning at 5:30pm. We will then return to a regular Monday and Wednesday training schedule. Training will be at the Lane Stadium track until further notice. 

In keeping with the Covid19 guidelines we will adhere to the no more than a group of 10 at a training session. 

To attend a training session, team members, MUST send an email to (jal7@juno.com) each week to attend a training session, for either Monday or Wednesday. Attendance will be on a first come basis. Team members will be contacted with a confirmed or denied email message. Once restrictions are lifted training sessions will be open to all team and new members.

Rivers Photo Album
​Since some don't use Facebook, we have started a shared photo album for the team to post pictures. Feel free to contribute your photos from any running or team-related events for this year.

Saturday Run 
Group runs are held on Saturday mornings. Starting time depends on the time of the year, but usually 7:30AM to 8:30AM. Social distancing will be in place.

Meet at the Oakwood High School track located behind the high school. Each week the group runs a different course in the Oakwood, Kettering, and University of Dayton area. Distances range from 4 to 8 miles at a conversational pace.

After the run the group meets for breakfast and camarderie at FlyBoys Deli located in downtown Oakwood. Contact Jeff Lucas (jal7@juno.com) for further details.
