WEEKLY TRAINING
Training sessions are held year round on outdoors and indoors. The team normally trains outdoors on the track or grass surfaces at the Oakwood High School track or at the Kettering Recreation Center. During the winter months we train indoors at Wright State University at the McLyn Gym.
Sessions last from 11/2-2 hours in duration and begin at 5:30pm with a 30 minute warmup. The actual session begins at 6pm.

Although not a team function trail runs on Sunday mornings in Yellow Springs.
Meet in the parking lot behind the Subway sandwich shop at 8am.
